What Happens: We will begin setting up your SOMS Connect account in the next 48 hours.
Your Action: Hang tight and wait for us to contact you with the login details and training details.
Timeframe: This step should take about <5 days to complete.
2. Social Media Integration
What Happens: Once logged in, you can begin completing your SOMS Connect set up.
Your Action: Connect your social media accounts and Google my business to start messaging instantly.
Timeframe: The process should take 10-15 mins.
3. Automated Email Reviews & Appointment Reminders Set Up
What Happens: We will provide you with specific email records to add to your domain name settings. This will enable you to send email from the system. We can then set up your automated reviews and client appointment reminders.
Your Action: Add the email records to your domain name settings, or request that we do this for you.
4. If you are taking payments/deposits, you can integrate Stripe.
Timeframe: 5 mins
5. If you would like to get an SMS number and set up missed call text back and bulk SMS marketing instantly.
6. Integrate booking system with the website.
What Happens: We will provide you with the booking link or embed code to add the booking system to your website.
7. Finalisation and Launch
What Happens: Once everything is set up and launched. Your 30 day trial will then begin.
Going Live: We ensure that all functionalities are working correctly before going live
Timeframe: The finalisation and launch process is typically completed within 24 hours.
8. Post-Launch Support
Training: We provide you with personalised downloadable video training guide and can jump on zoom.
Ongoing Support: Our team is available for any query you have each step of the way.
